    Hello,

    How do I add in a review manually and edit who the author is?
    It keeps showing myself as the author and shows my picture.

    The main feature of the plugin is about building trust. We do not encourage sellers to add review manually themselves. You will need to send an email reminder to your buyer so that they can leave a review for your product.

    You can send an email reminder manually under woocommerce order page.

    Yes That is what I have done and I received some reviews.
    Updated the website (same domain but new server and theme) now so I want to a manually put in the review from the customers. Are 3 reviews I am trying to ad.

    How do I ad them in manually and change who the author is they are not showing up properly? Another plugin I attempted to use had this feature work fine but this one seems to be much better.

    Hi Brandon,

    You can use the Import function for this purpose. You just simply need to download the template, fill in the details in the spreadsheet and upload it back.
