Adding restrictions to viewers uploading and adding files

  • Hi,
    I migrated my client’s site to a WP Hosting account and in the migration one of my plugins no longer works to view .pdfs. I was using WP Publication Archive. I searched out your plugin and created a test page: https://hfd45.org/test

    How do I make restrictions for viewers to just view and download and not be able to Add or Upload files?

    Ultimately, I would like to utilize the current page I have for the forms, see link:

    Also, how can I make the forms archive by year at the end of the year?

    Do I need the pro plan for these questions? If so, is the fee an annual license and will not work after a year?
