Adding rel="lightbox" to link tag

Hi,
I’m adding the rel=”lightbox” manually to image links on a page of posts but when I click on a link the image displays fine but I’m getting the following displayed…
Image 1 of 7 (play slideshow)
As these are single unrelated images I want to disable the above.
Any ideas?
