Adding Related Posts to post notifications

I am currently testing your plugin but would like to completely switch to it. Currently we are using FeedBurner and what I’d like to keep is its capability to insert the related posts accompanying the new article. I will only be using the post notification features of your plugin and nothing else. Our website uses contextual related posts. Is there a way to insert a shortcode so that the new post notification also has links to the 3 related posts/articles posted below each posts of the site?
