Adding recipients from external database

    Need to send a message to recipients that are in an external database (contains email addresses). The CF7 form will be used as the message/subject, but I need to hook into the form before the mail is sent to add to the recipient list.

    (Would be nice if there was a link on the site to API docs or ‘hook’ docs…)
