adding rating to snippet

  • Hi,

    I love your plugin. I am using it for a company review site (like glassdoor).

    I’m just having trouble getting the ratings to show in SERPS.

    I have read the info on adding it to snippets but it doesn’t seem to work for my site. When creating he review page, I select ‘yes’ for ‘is this a review?’. The overall rating then appears on the profile page of the company but it doesn’t appear in the search results.

    I’m not sure if this is because I am manually adding the star rating when i create the page? I am uploading data from a formidable form which is where the user adds their rating. See link for an example of the review page.

    Hello, thank you for using YASR.
    You did everything right.
    Testing your page, seems like the rich snippets are not printed at all.
    Can you try to purge cache of Autoptimize and Wp Super cache?

    If still not works, (you can use the linked site to test it) can you please try to disable all your plugins 1 by 1?
