Hello, I have a big problem on my e-shop, every time I actualize a product, a random tag is assigned to the product, I use tags to display different configurators on the products, etc. so it is quite a problem when I actualize a product twice when I change the description or name and the product is randomly assigned a random tag. I have no idea what this could be, on the stagging page I have deactivated all plugins and snippets that could somehow be related to this error but it still happens. I am attaching screenshots. I will be glad for help.

    Have a nice day.

Also i need to let you know that this happening only, if a product has some product tags. For example product without product tags after update has still 0 tags, but products with tags have this problem. I tried to find function or database update, or insert, also hooks. But i cant find anything what can insert random product tag to product when the product has a tag/s.

Hey there, @libor2001! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I understand you are having issues with a random tag being added to products when you update them.

You mentioned you tried deactivating the plugins you think might affect this, but have you tried a full conflict test? This means you would need to switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce and test.

If you haven’t tried this yet, can you do it and let us know?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
