Adding Purchased theme onto WordPress.

I Purchased the Dynamix business/corporate WordPress theme, and have spend hours trying to get it uploaded to my site. When i go to upload is says file is too big. i have read and followed other peoples strategies and i cannot get any support from wordpress or my host.

Anyone know how to solve this or steer me in the right direction?
