    Respected Sir,

I’ve my site hosted in GoDaddy with a managed WordPress plan. Me as well my customers are facing this issue whenever they try to add a product to their cart it takes some 5 -10 sec for the product to be added to their cart on this website: https://www.ppsnco.com

But when you see this website https://kaleesuwari.com/ ,its also a WordPress site but here’s when I try to add my products to the carts it gets added within a second.

I requested you to help me so that my customers will be able to add their products to their cart in a faster way and checkout faster!

    THINGS I’VE DONE:
    1) Cleared all cache
    2) Increase woocomerce memory (256M)
    3) Deactivated all plugins and reactivated by checking which causes the problem and deleted the issue creating plugins

    But this it’s the same

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, I visited your website: https://www.ppsnco.com

Didn’t find that problem that intimidating. The problem is hosting speed because add_to_cart is js and executing js depends on hosting you can ask to look into this matter.
    Or
It can be caused by the theme, by any means did you disable add_to_cart ajax. Try storefront theme then check again.

One saw one problem when I added the product to the cart and proceed checkout (without login) id didn’t show any warning or any new page. Just reload the page. Look into that matter too.

    Thank You

    Hey @subhash725,

Looking at your site https://www.ppsnco.com today when adding a product to the cart I’m not seeing a 5 – 10 second wait for that process to complete. I’m seeing around 2 seconds before the products is added to the cart.

Like @zworthkey12vaibhav says the speed of which actions take place on a site are very much dependent on hosting and also elements like plugins and theme which are installed.

To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a full conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour? You could use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing.

When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.
