Adding product for customer's account

  • Hello,
    Few questions, appreciate help!

    * Is it possible to add product manually for customers account, which he can download from “my-account” section.
    Order was custom order, it wasnt paid via Woocommerce. (digital product)

    * How i can change password manually for customer, which has lost the password ?

  • “Customer password” is not a feature of WooCommerce,
    it is the standard feature for WordPress “users”.

    So you can change it from the USERS section.
    Select the user(customer, manager, subscriber, editor, … ) you want to edit, and define a new password for the user, and then save it.

    Create a new order for this customer, fill the required fields and in the bottom there is “Downloadable Product Permissions” section.

    i was able to change the password, but
    where I can make this custom order for the customer’s account ?

    In the

    Admin-Dashboard / Woocommerce / Orders

    page, all of the previous orders are listed.
    On top of the page, just besides the Page-Title (Orders),
    there is a button/link:

    Add New Order

    When you hit taht button a new order page is created and you are directed to fill it as you wish, select the customer, put the items, calculate the totals,… and then SAVE it as a new order for the selected customer…
