Adding Product Fees on product edit page

Hello,

I am new to all of this plus i am in the process of opening a Multivender website in Trinidad & Tobago. However, i would like to know if there is a way to add extra product fees based on the product category.

Eg:
Is there an option to add extra conditional fields on the Product Edit page to add additional fee to that specific product or product category?

For instance, on the product edit page i choose “Bags” as the shipping class, is there a way that a field appear to add an Extra Product Fee for that product
