Adding prior consent to PHPSESSID?

Hello,
I’m a new user and I think the plugin is great for allowing visitors to manage cookies. However, when I’m testing prior consent as stated here: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004104033-What-does-prior-consent-mean-and-how-do-I-implement-it, the PHPSESSID cookie comes up. I’m aware this is created by PHP – do I need to worry about it? If I do, how can apply step 3 as mentioned here: https://www.cookiebot.com/en/help/?
