Adding pre-question material (text, audio, video) before certain questions

I run a language learning site, and would like to be able to add material for a specific set of questions in the middle of a test (before a section of questions). Sometimes this will be a text, or audio, or video, out of which they will get information to answer the following questions. Is there a way to do this?
