Adding posts from a category to a page

The best way to do this is by adding selected category, not standard page to the menu under Appearance → Menus. When you click Categories tab in dropdown menu on the left you’ll see all categories. Then just add one of them to your menu. This is how “Desserts” or “Dinner” were added in Kale demo. They’re not standard pages but categories.

Thanks for your quick response! Is there a way for me to add additional content to the pages that are generated via the categories? I’d like to add a blurb at the top.

Unfortunatelly you can’t edit category page like any other page in WordPress. The only way to add some content to category page is to change category.php file.
Please remember to create Child Theme to modify any theme file.
