Adding post snippets on website

    I hoping someone with be able to help, I have added snippets of my WordPress site to my front page of my website, I keep running into the a issue with my footer, Basically my footer then falls into my sidebar,
    I have tried to add and extra ending div and out a min height on the sidebar but My footer wont go down, I have also add a clear both to the footer attributes. If i take out the PHP from WordPress the footer then goes back to the right place.
