adding plugin to page

    I have downloaded a plugin “Clean and Simple Contact Form” which says “To add the contact form to your page please add the text [cscf-contact-form] to your post or page.”
    I do not know how to add [cscf-contact-form] to a page on my blog which is https://www.humblecomment.info.
