Adding Performance stopped working and we have show coming up!

    This has worked previously and we have made no changes to web site excepot for ptential plugin updates. Trying to add a performncae brings up wordpress critical error page and doesn’t add anything. And there are no clues to why it is failing. Have disabled other plugins and same action has same result.

    I hav tried both PHP8.1 and 7.4 in case that did anything – same result

    I down graded plugin to last version and the error goes away. I can now add performances ok. However, now thos performances don’t seem to show up when using [sshow-boxoffice id=”The Show”] only the previously entered performances are listed. and if i just enter [sshow-boxoffice] nothing is listed when it should be everything.

    https://amershamband.com/the-snowman-tickets/ shows one of the two performances that are active using [sshow-boxoffice id=The Snowman]. Second perf does not show

    I also setup page, https://amershamband.com/Test, with [sshow-boxoffice] and it shows nothing, sales not available currently, there are two shows and 4 performances in the database so not sure what is going on now

    Please check if on your Show does not list:
    Quantity Column Hide Quantity Column
    and
    Visibility Only Shown when selected by shortcode id option
    as active!

    Apparently it switched to active on my sales and I got the same error.

    After switching it off all was working fine again

    This problem has been fixed in the latest plugin version – 9.7.3

    Please update the plugin and try again.
