adding PDF icon and link to PDF article next to title

I have a client who wants to include a link to a PDF version of a Page on their WordPress powered site. The would like a PDF icon to lay next to the title of the page.

Example: https://linkletterwalsh.com/wordpress/?page_id=18
PDF icon would go next to the title in the right hand column “How to get candidates to yes” and link to a PDF version of that article.

In general, I think it’s a little overkill but they want it. Any ideas on how to use the Custom Fields for this?
