Adding Paypal to forms?

Hi! I’ve been looking around for this and haven’t found anything too recent so I was wondering if any of you could guide me in the right direction. I’m trying to create a form that asks for some information and has a paypal payment option. I know the method of redirecting them to paypal once the form is submitted but I need it so they have to pay for the form to be accepted. Is there any way to do this? Or any suggestions for other (free or cheap) plugins? Thanks!
