• Thank you for your prompt response to my previous inquiry.

I’m struggling to add a patron to the library. I capture all the info, and receive a screen to say that the patron has been added, but then when I click on patrons, it shows no records.

I also cannot use the drop down box next to the test subscriber that I’ve created to assign a patron id.

    Please advise.

I cannot reproduce this error. Can you turn on database debugging (go to the Web Librarian setting page and turn on the database debugging option). Send me the error message(s) you gen when adding a patron.

Also: what O/S are you using on your *server* (should be Linux). And what versions of the webserver (should be Apache), database server (should be MySQL), and what version of PHP.

    Hi,
I just find out why Edit Patron info won′t work! It is the Country code!

When I inserted SI for Slovenia, and 4 digit code for ZIP, it showed database error. But when I inserted NJ and 5 digit ZIP code, Patron ID was added to database.

How should I use other Countries and ZIP codes?

    Thank you,
    Petra

I have better Idea…how should I set fields, which are not mandatory?

Please don’t jump to other threads. It makes it hard to reply (I almost could not find your post).

You will have to hack the code.

    Files:
    database_code.php Low level database code
    WEBLIB_Patrons_Admin.php Patron adminstration pages
