• Hello all,
I am trying to add a subtab to one of my main tabs on the website CitySquash.Org.

I have followed the directions in this youtube video
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2g99I_m-KQ&x-yt-ts=1422579428&x-yt-cl=85114404

However, despite the fact that I have added a page, created the text and assigned the correct parent page, the sub tab will still not appear from the dropdown when I visit CitySquash.org. The page displays correctly when I hit “preview changes” on the WordPress page, but the subtab itself does not appear as an option from the dropdown on the main website. Any ideas?

  • Hey there CitySquash1,

    Hope you’re well! ??

I can see the submenu fine on my browser as you can see here: https://prntscr.com/619w7u

Maybe it’s just a cache or something? If you still need help. let me know.

Looking forward for your reply! ??

    Take care,

Thanks Calvin, the issue is not that the dropdown will not appear for me. Rather, when I try to add an additional page and make it an additional item on the dropdown list, the additional item does not display on the dropdown menu even after I assign it to the appropriate “parent” page.

    Steps:
    1) I added a page with the desired content
    2) I assigned it the parent page “News and Media”
    3) I clicked publish
    4) I click “Preview Changes” and the screen appears appropriately on my screen, but does still not appear as an option on the dropdown menu when I hover over the “News and Media” tab.

If you give me an email address, I would be happy to email you screen shots of all of this.

    Thanks!
