Hello! I’ve got the plugin to work correctly, but I just need a 20px padding on all four sides on this popup box and I’m unsure how to add it with the CSS. Thanks for any help.

    Best,
    Kevin

    Dear @kevloucat,

    Thank you for the topic.

I have passed your case to our Development Team and they have already checked it.

Though generally, we don’t provide this kind of support, our Development Team has decided to make a great exception for you.

Our Development Team has created a new Custom CSS code special for you to achieve your desired result.

Please take this Custom CSS code and insert it into the Popups > particular popup > Styles tab > Custom CSS option.

    .av_popup_modals_2 .ays-pb-modal-2 .ays_minimal_main .ays_minimal_content .ays_pb_description{padding: 20px !important;}

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

Hello thanks for your time. Where is the proper place to get support for requests like this? I will definitely go that route next time.

The CSS code didn’t seem to work. Here are the screenshots of where I placed it and how it still looks:

As you can see the type is still up against the left and right edges.

Just let me know if I need to request support elsewhere.

    Best,
    Kevin

Please close this request. I found another pop up plugin that already had the padding built in.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best,
    Kevin
