Adding optional fee, have a premium account

    Plugin Premium Version 3.6.3

    The client product offers a forklift service for an additional cost of $70. I have the premium version of the plugin, but not seeing this being added to the cart. Here is how I have it configured:

    Forklift Service
    Fixed
    $70
    Liftgate Service Needed – No Forklift or Skidloader Available to Unload Truck.
    Taxable: no
    Optional: yes

    Also, I have no options for Advanced Fees Price Rules. I did when I first installed, now it seems to be bugged. Not able to edit any extra fee.

    Hello powermelody,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Our optional fee always showcases on the checkout page after the order notes fields.

    You can’t able to see that optional fee on the cart page.

    Also, once you select the extra fee as optional then it will hide all the advanced rules and always showcase on the checkout page and once the user selects that checkbox then it will apply the fee.

    We have mentioned all the possibility of optional fees and notes as well in our documentation.
