    It would be easy to implement a shortcode attribute which allows to add “nofollow” for all links of the shortcode.
    Would this be sufficient?

    For the link management the plugin uses the wordpress integrated link functionality which provide some options to specify the “rel” value for single links, but doesn’t provide the option to add “nofollow”. So if I want to include that I have to re-implement the link handling by myself.
    I think for including some improvements and additions here this step is required, but I cannot do this in a short time, probably later this year.

    A shortcode attribute for that is now available in the today released version 0.6.3.
