Adding nofollow tag to videos

  • I noticed the link to youtube videos are present in the the html code, see this image https://ibb.co/wc5qzmR

    Although I thought that with this plugin, the video is loaded only after the user clicks on the image. So I was hoping the youtube link would come only after.

    I searched the internet and links in <no script> are counted by google for SEO.

    Is there any way you could add rel=”nofollow” to the links?

    I want my pages to outrank Youtube, so I don’t want to pass any link juice from my pages.

    I somewhat doubt if info in a 16 year old forum post is still relevant and adding a nofollow is unlikely to help you outrank YouTube, but I’ll add it to my backlog ??
