Adding new users

    I can’t see how to allow new users to comment. I have everything set to visible to everyone, but when I am in a new browser where I’m not logged in as Admin, when it prompts me to log in to reply on a post, it provides no way of signing up.

    How are new users to add themselves in the first place so that they can post?
