adding new user – Role empty combo box

    Hi everyone!

    I’m using multisite and have a few sites already. Now I want to define a new Admin user for some of those sites but when I try to add this new user, the “role” combo box isn’t populated. Then trying to login with the new user created username and password it isn’t possible. What’s happening? I searched about this and couldn’t find any answers!

    you are a good cop! I opened a new post in another category in order to try that maybe other person could give me a different possibility which is something that happens very often…or am I wrong? Or you are the only person who does this??

    You’d be wrong, but it’s understandable. I’m the volunteer mod most dedicated to Multisite, so you do see me all over here. You also didn’t post in another category, you posted in the Multisite subforum, which made it obvious ??

    The sad reality is that ‘debugging’ WordPress in general requires the ability to experiment, because every install is different.

    You nearly always have a one-off problem, and this error is rare, and it mostly likely IS caused by a plugin or theme. So … yay ??

    I solved this question by installing a plugin.

    Hi jcpcosta,

    Please at least share the plugin name which you installed. Forums are to share the knowledge. You came you discussed your issue and expected others to solve your problem but once your problem is solved you just said that I did it and that’s it. At least share what you did?
