Adding new Sidebar lets mega menu disappear

Hi,
i have succesfully installed this menu and use it for more than 2 months now, but if i create a new sidebar (got also the plugin ‘custom sidebars’) the mega menu disappears now. If I delete this sidebar, the mega menu comes back again. I have 8 sidebars and have no problems with them, but they were created before I installed the mega menu. The mega menu disappears just with new sidebars. Does anybody have any ideas for this problem?
