Adding new post problem aftrer updating

Hi about 15 minutes ago i updated to last version of my blog. Now i try to add new post but the editor page can’t be installed properly. I cant copy/paste anything.
But when i try to edit old posts the editor page is normal.
I add screenshots for my problem? what do you think about my problem?
is it about js??
