Adding new post also emails data?

I have a potential client who wants a site built that will not only allow her users to post content via the regular WordPress post screen, but it will also email the contents of each post in a csv or rtf file. She uses the data to build a weekly magazine in PDF format. Is there anything out there that makes this possible? Thanks!
