Hey! I need to manually create orders for some customer. When I go to customers in woocommerce, I can find them there. But when I go to orders and want to trigger an order manually and writing their names, I cannot find them.
Any Ideas what to do about it?

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are not seeing the customer’s name when trying to create a manual order on your site, is that correct?

I replicated this scenario on my test site on my end and found the following observations below:

Guest Users are added to WooCommerce > Customers, however, they don’t have an account, unlike registered users.

When creating an order, I cannot search for the Guest User, unlike the Registered User:

With this, can you please share if you are searching for a guest customer perhaps?

Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    same problem for me.
Our customers only order as Guests (nobday wants to create an account). But if we want to create a order manually (if they eg. order later via Call) we would like to find the guest customers. But thats not possible. But the data is visible in the “Woocommerce -> Customers” dialog.
how can we access that info as well ?

    Hi @maddinq

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

We’ll be more than happy to help there ??
