adding new menu creates multiples

    We recently had to move the site trackingsharks.com to a dedicated server. Since the move the site menus haven’t been functioning correctly.
    When I go to Appearance>menus I now have around 60.
    Every time I click to create a new menu it ads multiples and also seems to pull tags as menu names.
    If I click on select a menu to edit, it says add a menu name.

    Not sure if it is related, but I have also been having problems with tags doing the same thing along with categories not showing up. On the above post I added 3 tags: wp, wp help and Menu, yet it shows up with tags from different posts

    Anyone have any ideas?
