Adding new item/Deleting demo item

  • We are using the Crux theme for our gift shop website. When trying to add a new item to the shop area it shows up as published on the backend, but does not show up in the list of items on the front end. Also, when trying to delete the demo items in the shopping area they will not delete from the front end. What should I do to fix this? Thanks!

    Have you ruled out the theme at all? And where are you looking for the products?

    Ensure the visibility is set to catalog in the publish box when editing the product.

    The visibility is set to catalog/search. I also just tried only catalog and it still is showing up. I’m looking for the product under the shop tab on our home page. it is a menu option for our theme. It could possibly be the theme. I already messaged the theme author as well. Just wasn’t sure if it was possibly a Woocommerce thing.

    Perhaps its not a ‘real’ shop page. It would need to be set in WC > Settings > Products
