Adding multiple stylesheet choices

Hi there,

This is a great idea for a plugin!
I am attempting to use it to add accessibility to a site build in order to change background colours and text colours etc on the click of a button.

I know there are javascript things I could do to achieve some of this, but with more control this could be a better option.

However, I would like to offer more than one choice (so for example multiple buttons that load up different style sheets changing colours etc )

Can your plugin be easily extended to incorporate multiple stylesheet choices?
Im not the biggest javascript person, so Im not up to giving this a go myself really.
