• Hi

How do you add multiple small square images across the header in WP. Theme only lets you upload a favicon and it sits on the left but I want multiple images crossing over to the right across the top of the menu?

Any ideas most welcome. Was thinking along the lines of custom CSS or something that I could add or would I need to mod the header file to lump in the images next to each other?

    Thanks

    W

  • What’s the name of the theme you’re using or URL of your website?

As well depending on your theme customisations, you might be able to add an image in your header.

One way is to use Photoshop or an alternative software to add a row of images and save it as one image to upload to your site. Though if you wanted to update one image or images in the future, it’s quite a cumbersome method.

Theme is business news. The only options it gives is to add a flavicon 16*16px, which sits left aligned above the menu, so can’t upload a long image unless there was some way around changing the px size you can upload.

Sorry to say but there’s no other way to change the favicon size. That’s a pretty standard size across the board on all browsers, it can range from 32*32 and 48*48 but 16*16 is the normal size.

Is there any header option within your themes customisation to be able to upload an image? If not, you might need to add it in the header.php file which you would need to be familiar with a little PHP code so you know where exactly to place it.
