Hi Guys, is there any way to add multiple products to your purchase orders rather than having to enter then search for each one individually. When there are a large number of products in the system which need re-ordering due to being low in stock or out of stock is there a way of entering comma separated lists for example in the search field? Or is this feature coming soon as an enhancement or add-on?

    Hi Mick,

Thank you very much for your post.

We have this feature coming. You will be able to select multiple products within the SC and MC where you just click to add or to create new PO.

    Hope this helps.

I agree, this would be a wonderful feature, and make this product perfect!

Big +1 for this. This is the main thing I think is missing.

Ideally you’d be able to select multiple items from the SC screen and bulk add them to a PO.

Most of my POs are at least 30-40 lines with some of them being 100+ lines

Another good idea for POs would be a screen with the previous 3 or 6 months (or what ever period suites you) of sales by product in monthly columns so you can look at previous x months sales for better planning / reordering etc

In fact what might be better is this screen mentioned above with a field at the end of each row where you just enter you purchase qty and then click “Add All” to all all the lines with a qty to the PO

Currently I’m having to export all the sales using the Product Sales Report and then faff about in Excel using pivot tables to generate PO data

    Hi d,

That would be a great feature, however, there is no plan of adding this to the free version.

The development of such features costs a lot of resources and even though the free version of ATUM will one day be the most powerful free solution (we believe it already is :-)), this belongs to the premium services.

This forum is forbidden and does not support discussions of premium services. Our team will be happy to discuss anything like this in the ATUM support forum you can access from the plugin.

    Best Regards,

    Pavel
