Adding multiple items to a box

    Currently, we can only add a single item to a shipment (package) at a time. Is there a setting we are missing that will help us to assign multiple items to a package at one time?

    As a first step, can you please check if the box sizes are configured on your settings? More info is below:

    Also, to help us investigate, can you provide screenshots of your shipping configuration?

    Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping and provide us a screenshot of what you see? That will give us a better idea.

    Can you please access your primary shipping zone, access the shipping method you’ve configured for it (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), click on edit that shipping method, and please provide us a screenshot of the settings related to that specific shipping method?
