DELETE: Adding more than one shortcode doesn’t work with responsive design/divs

We have <div id=”desktop”> and <div id=”mobile”>. I created a large Floating Div and put the shortcode inside the desktop div. It worked; appears on desktop but not mobile. Perfect.

I created a second (smaller) Floating Div of smaller size and put it inside the mobile div. Now the Floating Div inside desktop doesn’t show – except when the page is reduced to activate the mobile div.

I’m very confused. Do you know what’s happening?
