Adding more news on a page

need to add more news on a page , one under the other , not on the front of the page or in a category , can’t give an outside link , site is deleting it !

I want to put on the other pages more aticles in column with thumbnail for exemple like in the first page.
I tried to make that from aparence-menus, i created a new menu, i select it as primary menu navigation but but my pages menu didnt change i tried to do that on other template and is working on youfitness template i cant modify the menu from there
