Adding moderate_comments permission to the Revisor role does nothing

I have tried to add the ability to “moderate_comments” to the Revisor roles (added by the PublishPress Revisions plugin i purchased). It doesn’t help. There are now options to approve or ban comments. I’ve tried logging in and out.
