adding meta tags to home page header only

    Hi all and many thanks in advance for any help…
    I have just finished building a website using twenty twelve, i had no previous experience and have used this site and google to help the process.
    I have just had a SEO evaluation of the site and i have been advised to..

    “Insert your new Meta Tags (located within this report) in to the HTML header code. All you have to do is copy and paste the
    code below in to the top of the home page of your Website.”

    I have no idea about code whatsoever and have built the site purely using plugins to solve any problems Ive come across. Would this plugin be suitable for what i need to do? If i understand the instructions correctly i only need to add the metatags to home page.

    Ive just realised that i have an additional front page header section with my all in one seo pack should i paste the code in this box?

    God I feel so stupid! I spent a whole day trying to find a solution to this same problem.. Good thing I found this post.. and great thing you shared what you’ve figured out! ??

    I’ve been using the All in one SEO pack for a long time myself but I also did not realize this option was there… whew! Now I’ve got the meta tags on my site right how I want them!
