Added a subscription pop up form to the site via mailchimp and for some reason it’s messing with the display of the site (especially on mobile).

Went in and changed the form, saved changes, and it appeared to fix the problem. However, it’s resurfaced again. Not sure what’s wrong/how to fix, any help much appreciated!

    Thanks!

I can only help you if you use our plugin, MailChimp for WordPress.

If you add an embedded form directly from MailChimp I recommend to contact MailChimp for support.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Hi – I actually installed the mc4wp app, and strangely it’s fixed the issue…for now at least lol.

Do you know why adding a MC pop up form (on desktop and mobile) would mess with the mobile view of the site? It seems to scramble the layout/pics etc, the content’s still there but just in a weird and inferior display format. Desktop seems unaffected mostly…

    Thanks!

    Hey @jran,

Please note that we are not affiliated with MailChimp. We are a different company “Ibericode” that develops “MailChimp for WordPress” and few other plugins. For any questions related to MailChimp.com, I would recommend contacting them.
