    Try the new update.
    Changelog

    Please rate the plugin? ??

I also have the same problem. I have uploaded the logo and it can be displayed on the setting page but not on the PDF. My logo is a PNG-24 file with transparent pixels. And I’m using the plugin version 2.2.8 and don’t have any other invoice plugin installed.

Can you send me the image? How does the path to the file look like?

I have tried to duplicate the whole site to my local machine and the logo can be shown. So, it is the server setting of my hosting company preventing the logo to show.

I don’t know much about server setting. Is there anything I can ask the support of the hosting company to find out what is preventing the logo to show?

I have found the solution. I remove the code of converting the image to base64 format and then the logo can be shown. I see the comment in the code that the conversion is made for the incompatibility of subdomains with MPDF, but maybe it breaks the code for some other server settings?

Thanks for letting us know. Will test it out with your image and will make a bugfix release.

    Hi Bas,

    1. I have the same issue that I am not able to display the logo on the invoice PDF. I have tried different image formats, such as svg, jpg, and png. Those file names are lower case.

    2. I have problem to send invoice out to customer (my email).

    1. Please send me your logo and I will test it out.
    2. Do you test it locally? If so, please use smtp plugin to configure email.

@sarevoka nothing wrong here. Do you use latest version?

Did you ask your hosting company?

    Hi Bas,

    1. Please give me your email.
    2. It is on a staging server. Not local. The URL is staging.myWebURL.com. I guess it is not www.myWebURL.com so the image won’t be insert on the invoice PDF.
