• When we try to share any link from our website to FB, it does not populate an image, blurb/excerpt. I’ve tried the Facebook debugger online, and it comes up with this error:

    Curl Error
    Curl error: 60 (SSL_CACERT)
    Inferred Property
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
    Missing Properties
    The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id

This is really hurting our engagement and I don’t know what the issue is. Can someone please help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • If you use a plugin to supply the OpenGraph tags, ask at that plugin’s support forum.
If you don’t, find a plugin you like for this.

    Hi Joy~

I don’t believe we use a plug-in for that… Can you give me some suggestions of plug ins that might do the trick?

I actually used the Open Graphs plug in and nothing changed on FB as of yet… Thoughts?

Facebook has a cache, I think, so it might not reread your page if you recently posted it on FB.
As long as your page contains the og: tags that the error message talked about (you can browse to your page and View Source to see if they are there), then the problem is all on the FB side, so you should ask in whatever help venue they have there.
