Adding lines before shortcode

I need to add spaces in before my shortcode, but when I add in <br> before it, these spaces merely go to the bottom (ie. after my shortcode).

How can I put spaces in these tabs so that I can move my shortcode lower (a map with pop-ups, and at the moment my pop-ups are being cut off because it’s sitting too high in the tab)
