Adding Lightbox To Externally Hosted Images

    Hi,
    I want to know that if my images are hosted on some other Image CDN for eg. Amazon AWS or Cloudinary then how do I add a lightbox to them.
    I added rel=”lightbox” after the link but it works fine with images hosted on my website but the ones on Cloudinary or Amazon AWS does’nt show a Popup.
    Please Help.
