Adding Keywords To Pages Section, SEO Tab?

I’m very new to this plug-in and have very limited knowledge of SEO. I did however read and study the “many” write up’s on the “Focus Keyword” area in the “WordPress SEO by Yoast” section, however I’m not finding “ANYTHING ANYWHERE” on the section below it titled “Page Settings” with 5 Tabs (Settings,SEO,Header,Body Background,Google Map)
My focus is on the SEO section and the options “more specifically” (Title, Keywords, Description)
Title – What do I put here?
Keywords – (Most Important) Should I build a list of search terms or is this single keywords seperated by space and commas, and is there a limit to how many keywords I can add? I have literally searched for HOURS trying to find a write up on this?!?
Description – Not sure what to do here either?
I hope I’m not missing something thats right in front of me but I’m getting soooo frustrated trying to find info on this area of the plug in.
Any help would be appreciated!
