In WordPress keywords are called tags. You can add tags to a post at anytime by going to the admin dashboard->Posts. Find the post you wish to edit and with your mouse hover over the title. Click ‘Quick Edit’ and you will see a box to the right that says post tags. Add the tags you would like separated by a comma then click ‘Update’.
