Adding JS to bottom of the site?

I am trying to put javascript code into my site for Slide Up Ads but I don’t know where to place it. I have no idea. There are many places that I can see but I can’t find a plac to put it. I manage to find a place for the google analytic. I am using Atahualpa Theme. Thank you
