Adding jquery to wordpress go theme

    Hello, I need to add jquery to my wordpress website. I currently use the Go theme. For some reason I do not seem to have jquery in the code of my website though I beleived all WordPress websites have it.

    I’m attempting to add the Jquery back to header file but have not had luck yet. Can someone walk me through steps of adding Jquery to the wordpress go theme?
